Volunteer Hearing Screening Training

Savannah Speech & Hearing has offered free hearing screenings in our community since the late 1950’s. In an average year, we screen 8,000+ school children, referring as needed for secondary audiological assessments to ensure that any possible hearing loss be properly addressed.

Drop by anytime between 9:30 am – 4:30 pm on Tuesday, July 26th – Thursday, July 28th for a quick training on how to use a simple audiometer. This school year ahead, we have a greater need of help than ever because of two years missed during the pandemic.
