My experience has been nothing short of great with Savannah Speech. The entire staff have treated my daughter and I with the care and kindness I would expect to get from friends and family. They are knowledgeable, capable, and dependable. At the ready to answer any questions you have to ask.
“The staff is the office is so sweet as well and I love the diversity in people.”
“Excellent place for speech and hearing services!”
“I have been taking my two boys to Savannah Speech since 2010. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling and makes you feel comfortable. They call me when there is a schedule change and I receive text messages to remind me of my appointment each week. We currently see Cathy for speech and I am very impressed with her knowledge and background in speech therapy. She gets things done and my boys enjoy going to speech to see her. My two boys have made a tremendous amount of progress since they started coming to Savannah Speech and Hearing. I love that they have a special waiting area for my kids to read and do puzzles while I wait, and a table for them to do some homework. My kids can get rowdy at times when they get bored, so I appreciate the accommodations. I have never had a bad experience at the Savannah Speech and Hearing Center.”
“Dr Richardson performed a hearing test for me in the new facility on Skidaway road. I knew from the moment I walked in that I’d chosen the right place to have my failing hearing tested. Dr Richardson is personable and knowledgeable. She patiently explained each part of my hearing test and my results. She even took me on a tour of the new facility—and it’s amazing! Savannah Speech and Hearing has been serving Savannah for over 70 years and recently moved to a brand new purpose-built facility. They provide audiology services, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services. They do everything from cochlear implants to the Sound Start program which helps children with assistive devices prepare for integration into the regular school system. I’ll definitely be back when I need my next test.”
“After putting off a hearing exam for too long, I still dreaded what I was certain would be bad news. I kept my appointment (easily scheduled) and from the moment I entered the building I was put at ease. The desk attendant was pleasant and efficient, the paper work a breeze, and the wait time was surprisingly brief. The audiologist (Dr. Zuck) was friendly, asking about my overall health and family, before getting down to work. I was impressed with Dr. Zuck’s professionalism and compassion. After the exam, she explained my (unsurprising) hearing loss and possible causes (besides age) and potential solutions. I was at the center for about an hour and a half, and never felt rushed or neglected! Dr. Zuck fitted me with an appropriate (and affordable) pair of hearing aids and allowed me to try them over a weekend. I can’t say enough about the care, patience of the staff and the overall “vibe” of the Savannah Speech and Hearing Center. This place is a jewel in Savannah’s health care system. They do so much more in the community besides audiology screening. Kudos to the Board and the Staff on a job well done! Count me a pleased and satisfied client!”
“I would recommend them 100%. They are very accommodating to your needs and schedule and work with you not against you. From the front where you check in and make appointments to the people who are going to assist you with a problem with your hearing aids or the person who is going to assist you with testing for new ones these people are tops in what they do I would recommend them to anyone who is having a hearing problem or looking for hearing aids.”
“We are so thankful for Savannah Speech and Hearing and especially for Ms Cathy, the one and only expert in this whole region in Apraxia! We are so lucky to have her here! You all are the reason my son can speak (non-stop). We also love and appreciate Ms Diamond, and all the staff at the front desk. Thank you!”
“Words cannot explain how much you people are appreciated. You are a great group and bend over backwards to make my visits seem like a walk on the beach. Thank you for all you do!
