What is Torticollis?

Torticollis occurs when tight or imbalanced neck muscles make it harder for a baby to turn their head evenly. This can lead to:

• Preference to look in one direction
• Head tilt
• Flattening on one side of the head
• Difficulty during tummy time
• Asymmetry in early motor skills
